On October 6, 2017, at Le Meridien Sai Gon Hotel, Caviar De Duc – a black caviar brand – participated in the Chefs Battle Night.
This is a program in the series of activities of “Saigon Gastronomy Week” 2017 – a culinary event with many interesting and interactive activities between customers and talented chefs. Diners will have the opportunity to enjoy the unique and exquisite taste of the dishes prepared by five Michelin chefs from France, Hervé Rodriguez, Jean-Baptiste Natali, Thierry Drapeau, Jean-Pierre Jacob and Jacques Pourcel and two famous cooks named Alain Caron from the Netherlands and Didier Corlou from Hanoi.
